Policies

1. Payment Terms

Full payment via e-transfer is required before production begins.

Payment is considered received once funds are deposited.

2. Order Approval

A digital proof will be provided for approval prior to production.

Orders become final once proof is approved and payment is received.

3. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before proof approval if payment has not been made.

Once payment is received, orders cannot be cancelled.

4. Design Changes

One round of revisions is included before proof approval.

No changes can be made after approval and payment.

5. Production & Lead Times

Production begins after approval and payment.

Standard lead times are estimates (typically 4–8 weeks) and are not guaranteed.

6. Shipping & Pickup

Free local pickup is available by appointment.

Shipping is available at the customer’s expense.

Shipping costs will be calculated and included in the final invoice.

Risk transfers to the customer once the order is handed to the shipping carrier.

7. Defects & Errors

If an engraving error is caused by BeaconCarve, affected items will be replaced or refunded.

Minor variations inherent to laser engraving are not considered defects.

Customer-submitted artwork is engraved as approved.

8. Intellectual Property

Customers confirm they have the right to submitted logos and artwork.

BeaconCarve does not share customer designs publicly without consent.

9. Minimum Orders

Standard minimum order is 10 units.

BeaconCarve reserves the right to adjust minimums based on availability.

10. Quote Validity

Quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.

11. Delays Beyond Control

BeaconCarve is not liable for delays caused by supplier shortages, shipping disruptions, or events beyond reasonable control.
