Because our products are custom engraved, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds once engraving has begun.
If there’s an issue with your order (such as a mistake on our end or damage during engraving), please reach out within 7 days of pickup and we’ll do our best to make it right.
For all non-custom items, returns may be accepted at our discretion within 14 days of purchase if the item is unused and in its original condition.
Before we begin engraving, we send a digital preview of your design for approval. Please review this carefully—once approved, the design can’t be changed.
We are not responsible for typos, misspellings, or design errors after customer approval.
While we take great care with every project, not all materials engrave the same. Variations in tone, depth, or finish may occur depending on the surface. Some items or coatings may not be suitable for engraving.
If you bring in your own item, we’ll let you know ahead of time if we expect any issues—but we can’t guarantee a perfect result on every surface.
Pricing for on-site engraving varies based on location, time, and setup requirements. Travel and setup fees may apply. We’ll confirm all details and costs before your event.
