We offer a wide range of customizable products. Whether you're looking for engraved wood, metal, or other materials—we’ll work with you to create something unique. If you have a specific idea or need something not listed, feel free to reach out!

3. How much does it cost? 

Pricing varies depending on the product, size, material, and complexity of the design. Contact us directly with your idea, and we’ll provide a custom quote.

4. How long will my order take?

Turnaround times vary depending on the size and nature of your order, as well as our current availability. We do our best to communicate accurate timelines up front. If you have a specific deadline, please let us know—we’ll do everything we can to accommodate your request.

5. Do you offer shipping?

For now, we only offer free pickup at our two convenient drop-off locations:

• Coronation, AB

• Castor, AB

When your order is ready, we’ll contact you to arrange a pickup time that works best for you. 

If you’re placing a bulk order for a school, team, business, or event, we can work with you to arrange delivery or another solution that fits your needs. Just let us know when you place your order, and we’ll figure out the best option together.

6. Do you accept returns or offer refunds?

Because all items are custom-made, we generally do not offer refunds. Exceptions may apply to certain pre-approved products or in cases of error or damage. We take quality seriously and inspect all items before shipping.

 7. Can you refuse an order? 

Yes. We reserve the right to decline any project or service at our discretion.

8. How do I place an order or get in touch?

You can place an order by filling out one of our forms:

• Product Order Form: for items we offer and engrave in-house.

• Service Order Form: for engraving on your own items or for event and on-site engraving requests.
